2. Services Provided
Build Strong is a Los Angeles–based design-build firm that delivers full-service residential construction, from architectural design and custom home builds to high-end renovations and interior design. They also handle project management and specialized wildfire recovery and rebuild work, helping homeowners through planning, permits, insurance support, and reconstruction after fire damage.
3. Engineering Plans
Build Strong does not employ licensed engineers. We facilitate the coordination of engineering plans with third-party licensed engineers chosen by the client. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the suitability and accuracy of these plans.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their buildings, cooperating with Build Strong's team during inspections and construction, and ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in the service agreement between Build Strong and the client. Payments are due according to the agreed-upon schedule and are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
6. Changes to Services
Build Strong reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of its services without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of our services.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Build Strong, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
8. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Build Strong, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with the client's use of our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
